Sustained Leadership Coaching (12 months)
This 12-month program is designed to identify, prioritize and undertake key growth and/or developmental needs with broad input and goals. This program begins with an initial discussion with the client, a brief data gathering interview with their supervisor and an applicable formal assessment. Input from all will help define the 3+ goals to support the strategic initiatives of the organization and address the client’s opportunities. The coach and client focus on the client’s actions, thoughts and beliefs that underlie the current results and identify those required to achieve the desired goals. The client has extended access to the coach for continued growth, feedback on change, and sustainable leadership development and progress.

Leadership Coaching (9 months)
This nine-month program is designed to identify and prioritize growth and/or developmental needs with broader input and goals. An initial discussion with the client as well as a brief data gathering interview with their supervisor will help define 2 to 3 goals that support the organization’s strategic initiatives and address the client’s opportunities. The coach and client focus on the client’s actions, thoughts and beliefs that underlie the current results and identify those required to achieve the desired goals. The client has access to the coach for continued growth and more sustainable progress.

Growth and Developmental Coaching (6 months)
This six-month program is designed to identify and prioritize growth and/or developmental needs. In an initial discussion, the client and coach will define two specific goals that support the organization’s strategic initiatives and addresses the client’s opportunities. The coach and client focus on the client’s actions, thoughts and beliefs that underlie the current results and identify those required to achieve the desired goals. The client then works independently with minimal supervisory support for continued progress.
